It is chemically washed with dilute caustic soda solution, by rubbing brushes. It is then clipped to remove loose fiber. The finished carpet has fine luster and beautiful in looking. The carpets are made in many designs and sizes. Most popular designs are Kaf-Kaji, Herati, Wizars and basic sizes are 1’x1’, 2’x2’, 3’x4’, 6’x9’, 8’x10’ but other sizes can be madeon the demand of customer.
Carpet is used for home decorating as well as to protect floor from the cold. So that cold countries are importing large amount of carpets as compare to other countries. The main importers are USA, Russia and Europeans countries.
The finished carpets are rolled to make a bundle. This bundle is covered with water proof material so that moisture will not insert in carpet. These bundles are transported via ship or aero plane to destination.
